Refund Policy

We’re so excited to welcome you to our program! Our goal is to create a positive, fun, and memorable experience for every player and family who joins us. Thank you for being a part of our community!

Please be aware that all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds, credits, or transfers once registration is complete.

The only exception to this policy is if an event, session, or camp is canceled due to severe weather (such as lightning) and cannot be rescheduled. In that case, a full refund will be issued back to your original form of payment within 7–10 business days.
